1、硅(gui)膠制品的開煉機混煉
雙(shuang)輥開煉(lian)(lian)(lian)機輥筒速(su)比為(wei)1.2~1.4為(wei)宜,快(kuai)輥在(zai)(zai)后,較高(gao)的(de)速(su)比致使較快(kuai)的(de)混煉(lian)(lian)(lian),低速(su)比則可使膠片潤滑。輥筒有(you)必要通(tong)(tong)有(you)冷(leng)卻水(shui),混煉(lian)(lian)(lian)溫度宜在(zai)(zai)40℃以下,以避免焦燒或硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)蒸發(fa)丟失(shi)。混煉(lian)(lian)(lian)時開端輥距較小(1~5mm),然后逐漸擴(kuo)大。加(jia)料(liao)和(he)操作次序(xu):生膠(包輥)—→補強填充(chong)劑(ji)(ji)—→布局操控劑(ji)(ji)—→耐(nai)熱(re)(re)助劑(ji)(ji)—→著色(se)劑(ji)(ji)等—→薄(bo)通(tong)(tong)5次—→下料(liao),烘箱熱(re)(re)處理—→返(fan)(fan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)—→硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)—→薄(bo)通(tong)(tong)—→停(ting)(ting)放(fang)過夜(ye) —→返(fan)(fan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)—→出(chu)片。膠料(liao)也(ye)可不經烘箱熱(re)(re)處理,在(zai)(zai)參加(jia)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)助劑(ji)(ji)后,參加(jia)硫(liu)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)再薄(bo)通(tong)(tong),停(ting)(ting)放(fang)過夜(ye)返(fan)(fan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian),然后再停(ting)(ting)放(fang)數天返(fan)(fan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)出(chu)片運用。
2、硅(gui)膠制品的密煉(lian)機混煉(lian)
選用(yong)(yong)此法可(ke)進步出產功(gong)率和(he)改進勞作條件。實驗標(biao)明,密(mi)閉式(shi)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)膠(jiao)料(liao)的功(gong)能(neng)與開(kai)放式(shi)混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)膠(jiao)料(liao)的功(gong)能(neng)類似。用(yong)(yong)實驗室2L密(mi)煉(lian)機的混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)時(shi)刻(ke)為(wei)6~16分鐘,混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)無特別(bie)艱難(nan)。選用(yong)(yong)φ160mm開(kai)煉(lian)機當裝料(liao)系數為(wei)0.74時(shi),混(hun)(hun)煉(lian)也(ye)能(neng)正常進行。排料(liao)溫度(du)(du) 與補強填(tian)充劑的類型有關(guan):當選用(yong)(yong)弱補強性(xing)填(tian)充劑和(he)沉積白炭黑時(shi),排膠(jiao)溫度(du)(du)在(zai)50℃以下;當運(yun)用(yong)(yong)氣相(xiang)白炭黑時(shi),排膠(jiao)溫度(du)(du)為(wei)70℃左右。
